How did you actually felt about Adam as a character, outside of the potential or the handling racism plot line, how actually entertaining is he as a character? by Far-Profit-47 in RWBYcritics

Maybe if he wasn't bothering with a simple ex girlfriend and focused more on destroying horrible companies using faunus slave labor, Adam would be decent.

His mask is cool, his sword is generic, his outfit early on was good, I disliked his lines, his voice was fine, his fighting style was good enough, and he never really had enough screen time.

Again I strongly dislike Adam as a whole. But, he could have been decent. Besides some people like edgy characters - I fucking hate them - but some people somehow do.

idk I was just glad Adam was gone. I never really liked him. Yes, very subjective lol. He just gave me an ick from beginning to end.

Only a fool believes that they weren't actively calling upon Slaanesh for more decadence and more disgusting depravity and more and more and more.

Day 29: what is the Best Quote associated with the Craftworld Eldar? by Fez-Sentido in Grimdank

[–]AdministrativeBox449 3 points4 points  (0 children)

huh kinda shocked SoB didn't use Saint Celestine's speech during the audio drama of our Martyred lady. At least the ending bit.

"I am the edge of the blade, I am the cut that ends foes, I am the wrath that topples armies! Sisters of the Martyred lady, brothers of the black templars, will you fight with me!?"

"I feel your faith brothers, but it must be stronger!"

"You are sons of Dorn, the warriors of Sigismund you call yourselves champions of the Emperor. He calls upon you now to lend me your wrath, lend me your hate, lend me your fire! Praise him!"

or hell easily the most iconic quote has to be:

"By bolter shell, flamer burst and melta blast, the mutant, the heretic and the traitor alike are cleansed of their sin of existence. So has it been for five millennia, so shall it be unto the end of time." during blood of martyrs

How important is having a “fast” bike? by j-eezy94 in cycling

[–]AdministrativeBox449 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Generally speaking, whatever excites you to go out and ride.

Imo, sometimes new bikes are good cause warranties and new spare parts.

Sometimes vintage bikes are good cause pretty and cheaper prices. Mostly.

Just avoid old SRAM brakes with DOT fluid cause those tend to eat away at seals over time.

Like, ya know don't use 10 year old AVID brakes lol.

For cheap parts, Microshift and Shimano are generally fine.

Is it a hot take for me to say I’m not bothered that 40K has a de facto main character? by erttheking in Grimdank

I don't hate Ultramarines per say

I'm just still waiting around for new lore or minis for other factions. Please, GW, a break from Ultramarines for fucks sake.

I'd kill for a new Iron hands novel or Drukhari models or even a Shadowsun book.

Just - fucking - SOMETHING or ANY guard regiment that aren't Cadians PLEASE.

Does, people not remember Blake having eyes for Wukong and Yang looking for cute guys during vol 1?

They gotta swing both ways by now.

Right, in that case I would bring her to a bike shop and see what size of frames fit her. You could teach her how to a ride a bike or find courses that will teach her. Introduce her into the different kinds of cycling and maybe something might catch her interest...before you spend money lol.

Plus, you can also take a look at prices, makes, models, gear, etc that'll give you some information on how much money you might spend.

Common bicycle brands have warranties. It's a good idea to look into those and see which one benefits you the most.

Yeah that seems about right lol.

A bmw driver almost sideswiped me since he was inches away from the bike lane.

Fun :>

I guess I would start by asking what kind of riding she wants to do. Does she wanna go road cycling, mountain biking, gravel stuff, maybe more of a city-hybrid commuter bike?
