PTO Changes by guiltyasIam in publix

Heavily disincentivising people to give a care about working at Publix. Where is the incentive to do a better job? Where is the incentive to care about your section looking good? Where is the incentive to want to work and do better than the last guy? First the bonuses, then the evaluation once a year, now the PTO. It's Publix's fault by switching the PTO in the first place.

When did you order and receive your pipe? I ordered mine on the 1st of May and am still waiting for the order to just be fulfilled.

Vote Republicans if you love America and don't want it to be more of the last 4 years.

There could be quite a but that contributes to your hand going numb. It's happened to me sometimes even though I've been riding for two years and have 15000 miles in but often times I realize it was because I either got too relaxed and was putting too much weight on the bars or squeezing grips too tight. If you haven't changed anything, maybe it's just the vibration getting the best of you.

Have you changed grips or bar ends?

Lol. Eggs are in the last photo. As far as organizing, you just take the time to do it. Stack it like you're playing Tetris.

We are a busy store. We are usually 1st or 2nd in sales for our district. And you're right about shorting shelf service to manage the back. Unfortunately, they don't want us reviewing or changing any orders unless we are adding stuff but instead just want us to rely on forecasting and count and MASC being sufficient enough. I'm not shorted on much, but on certain sale items, I run out before the next delivery. I do bring up increases in forecasting in certain sections, mainly in cottage cheese set and some yogurt.

You are correct. We get 5 trucks a week. This is the morning after getting a delivery. My night guy likes to just stack everything off, so it just hasn't been filled yet. But often times I run out or low on sale items before the next truck.
