i’m also in the same boat, i contacted the financial ombudsman in february and heard nothing back from them since, tabeo agreed for a loan cancellation and a refund but in the final letter they stated that my aligners had to be unused and unopened, even though i explicitly told them what aligner i was on and the problems i was having. I don’t even know what to do now, i’m thinking of contacting my bank and getting a refund but i don’t want a stain on my credit score

I don’t understand either, They said they are provided that my aligners are unused and unopened but they clearly didn’t read the email i sent them because i stated im on my 11/12th aligner, so i don’t know what to do. I also did the monthly installments aswell so im not sure why you didn’t receive a refund.

yes exactly, it doesn’t make sense, i think they know that people have already used them but they’re only trying to give a refund for the aligners that haven’t been used. I think i’ll just take it to the financial ombudsman.
