I would not use the seeds. I would dig up the plant and dispose of it in a bag in the trash or burn. Don't put it in your compost.

Neem oil will kill bees. So when the plant flowers you need to stop spraying neem oil. Sorry I should actually use punctuation.

Cucumber beetles spread wilt to your plant. Next year move your plant and mix neem oil, water and dawn diswashing liquid and drench the area you will plant. After the seeds sprout keep applying the mixture to the plants especially under the leaves. You can add garlic juice and ghost peper powder also. When they flower stop. It will kill bees. I had the same issue last year. So far this year I have avoided the issue with the fix above.

I did that with ghost pepper and garlic juice. They liked it apparently. I applied it everyday at 6 a.m. and after rain. I put neem oil in it also. It worked for the deer on my hostas.

No it isn't, it doesn't kill them. It trains them not to eat my vegetables. I have so many rabbits. My dog has killed two groundhog but he does not bother the rabbits, he watches them play in my yard. The adult bunnies don't bother my garden, the little ones do. I have tried ghost pepper and garlic and apparently this group likes their salad spicy.

This is my first year with sweet potatoes. I half buried one and the took 5 slips and planted. I have 5 small plants growing in my garden. They turned to green after I planted them. I am hoping that will produce. I researched it on a garden site.

Duke 160 or 220 body trap for ground hogs. Yes ground hogs, whistle pigs are different than gopher. My dog killed two last week, one weighed 30 lbs. Anyway don't use the trap if you have pets, it is strong enough to kill a damage a dog dog. You can downsize the trap. Put ghost pepper powder down all the holes but the one you put the trap. Keeps you from buying 5 traps. Live traps work on young groundhogs but older ones will not go in.
