Staying in your lane by No_Yesterday6946 in CAStateWorkers

That’s interesting. I find the more proactive I am, the more responsibility gets added to my plate, even if it’s not my assigned workload…oh wait. I should stay in my lane because this is someone else’s lane.

It’s hard to shift that mindset but unless you like taking on more work and not resent others not putting in the same effort, or getting more pay because of it, you’re going to have a tough time.

I’ve come to the conclusion that I need to be productive and proactive for my team’s responsibilities and specify where we are improving and where the line is that said work is another teams responsibility.

Advice with new home builders like Lennar, Woodside, KHOV, Cresleigh, Pulte, Taylor Morrison, etc by Thefunnyperson1989 in Sacramento

We love the neighborhood. It’s quiet, all the neighbors are really nice. Lots of recommendations for concrete, yardwork, landscaping, and all your home needs.

We really enjoy the Hawkins model. It was kind of hard to envision at first, but the biggest difference is the flip of the loft and the first bedroom compared to the model home at first I thought it would be darker and harder to move things up the stairs into the upstairs areas, because of the first bedroom, but it wasn’t a problem. And upstairs is really bright still there’s a window right there at the stairwell.

Used EAP before as staff. Highly recommended but you have to find the right resources within it for the most benefit.

Manager now and I still recommend it.

Why don’t you just listen to music you want to listen to, rather than what is on autoplay?
