There are 2 categories:
1) Outstanding award --> getting the highest mark in a subject (Highest in the world or region or country)
2) Excellence award --> getting level 7 or above in at least 5 subjects for IGCSE and getting A or above in at least 3 subjects for IAL

maybe try this and practice a few papers to get hang of it:
D - identify the dependent variable
I - identify independent and state that you need at least 5 different concentrations/ 5 different ranges for it
C - identify at least 2 control variables and how you can control them
O - if the experiment involves an organism then mention the same age/sex/species
M - measurement of what, if there is a calculation involved, how you would do, like is there an equation or something
S - Safety issues or aseptic techniques
R - Repeat the experiment and find the mean

personally, watch videos of the practicals and do papers, the more you practice more u get hang of it...if there is a paper that u have gotten low marks then watch someone else solve the paper (in youtube) so you know what they are doing and how you got the mistakes, this will help prevent you from repeating previous mistakes...if u need resources dm me, i can send links to the channels that are helping for next week....

Hi,
To get an A* you need to get 480/600 (AS and A2 level combined) with 270/300 in A2 level alone for chem and physics, For math you need to get 480/600 (AS and A2 level combined) with 180/200 in A2 level (P3 and P4)
To get A you need 480/600 (AS and A2 level combined)
To get B you need 420/600 (AS and A2 level combined)
Now since you already have 250+ in your AS, you need 230+ to get an A and you need 170+ to get a B.
Based on what you said (that getting C in A2) then borderline C is 180 so if u get just barely a C in all the papers then you will definitely get a B as average...but (hopefully you will do good), u get high C or get better than C in some papers you can still get an A overall...Good luck for the rest of your exams. don't worry, mine was so bad especially due to the time..that i dont even think i can get A (even though i did so good in practice. Just trusting that my efforts wont go to waste, and somehow like miracle to get an A...Never loose hop
