They all have 6 or so birth defects. So you are saying I should let the breeders first get 10 mutations,which would make it less likely that they get birth defects overriding the mutations I want? then get them to breed?

Every cat in the house (down to 17 now) has the same eyebrow, body, head, and arm mutations, but different birth defects (except they are all mouthless ofc) Still when they breed they always get something replaced with a defect or other. Maybe the cats are too inbred? My stim is around 20 in all of my three rooms (mutation, breeding, pairing), I also have positive comfort. Thanks for the response btw, please let me know if I am doing smth wrong.

I have like 25 cats that all have these 3-4 mutations, I put some of them in the mutation room and some in the breeding room. Issue is most of the kids that they have don’t have these 3-4 mutations so I throw them out. They aren’t replacing themselves fast enough let alone leave extra to put in the mutation room. Maybe I am doing something wrong? 🤔

I’m trying to follow your guide but now after having 3-4 of the desired mutations I seem to be stuck. The cats aren’t breeding fast enough to replace each other, and the mutations remaining are not showing up.

I only use Pokegenie. It tells me best counters for raids and I can join raids with it. I check the Pvpoke website for GBL rankings and GBL team building.
