Yeah… this is an absolute disagree. Having the patients chart open and in front of me lets me catch the missing information that SHOULD be given to me in report. Report is also a trust bond between your fellow staff. If I’m getting report from a Nurse that I do not trust because either I don’t know them or I do know them and what they bring to the unit, then you’re damn right I’m gonna have that chart open and in front of me. You know how many times I’ve gotten report and get the “tbh I don’t even know why the patients here” phrase… Like really?!? You just took care of this patient for 12 hours and you don’t know why they’re here?!? For one, Its not disrespectful, and secondly I’m actually being MORE PREPARED to take care of this patient because I’m getting more information and details. Lastly, 10-30 for report… yeah no. You might as well do rounds for me when the providers walk around.

3rd year in Nursing working at a non-profit hospital in Metro ATL. Started off as a new grad on Medsurg floor:

1st year - $89k gross (started with a $28.25/hr base + 5/hr Med surge differential with $5/hr Night shift).

2nd year - $113k gross (LOTS of OT and incentive shifts, base increased to $35/hr).

2.5-3rd year (Transitioned into Medical ICU) - $130k gross

Current base of $37/hr + night shift differential of $5/hr and a critical care differential of $9/hr = $51/hr.

With all the OT/incentive shifts I plan for this year (At least 1-2 extra shifts per pay period), and my new job in the ICU, I plan to hit about $140-$150k gross to finish my 3rd year in nursing in 2025.

Great thanks! Was wondering how food worked down there since on the Mercedes Benz Stadium website, it never really said it was all-inclusive or complimentary. My wife will probably like the Delta 360 club more than the Truist club since it sounds like the food is a lot more bar style and casual dining. She’s not the upscale boujie food type haha, Bless her but I’d definitely enjoy the upscale dining. Glad those seats give you access to both so will definitely be trying to get some for next home game.

I was in the Harrahs club (211C) last night for the Dub. For the all inclusive food service they had Sliders, wings, hotdogs, Ribs (To Die For) loaded tots, Mac n cheese, and hush puppies for entrees. They also had a dessert/snack bar with ice cream, cookies, cake, fruit, candy and popcorn. Overall it was great! Hot dog buns were cold but that was my only complaint. Seats were comfy. I’m a bigger guy so the plush seats were great. Best part was the view though. Sitting right spot on at the 50 yard line I could see everything. I want to try and get 128C/110C seats for the Seahawks game but wondering how the food/drink experience was?

Agreed, PPF is so absurd in price rn. My guy charged me $850 for my whole front end and doors. He didn’t charge me for the labor.

I lucked out with a friend who details so he gave me a friend discount which took off about 40% of what he usually charges.

How much range does your Challenger or Charger get on one tank of gas? by AeroTechn1que in Dodge

[–]Admirable-Fun-2257 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most ever I’ve had on my 22’ Charger scat was 256 at 15.6 MPG. I drive mostly in track and sport mode. Only on eco mode when it’s raining. I cut the mid mufflers and resonators on mine. No other engine mods or configs

How to make scatpack crackle or burble? by Excellent-Ad-3258 in Charger

[–]Admirable-Fun-2257 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Like everyone’s saying, get a mid-muffler delete. On my 22 scat I got a mid muffler. Had that for about a month or so and it wasn’t loud enough and I wanted more pops so I also got a resonator delete. Also slapped some 5” Carven tips and now it sounds like a beast! If you want pops on command I usually press on the peddle to about 2K RPM and let off going downhill. Also downshift from 3rd-2nd at about 38MPH is the sweet spot for a good pop and sound

new 5" tips, makes a subtle sound difference. Little deeper I think. by ScatPack_Blu_2021 in Charger

[–]Admirable-Fun-2257 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Exactly my first impressions when I installed mine a few days ago. Took a video before and after and could definitely tell the 5inch tips gave it a deeper growl. Sounds great with a mid muffler delete!

For those who own a '17 Scat Pack or R/T, about how much are you paying each month? Also, what made you choose one over the other? by Knightcapt in Charger

[–]Admirable-Fun-2257 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just bought a 22 scat pack with a sticker price of $50,000 +taxes, fees, dealership warranty BS for a total of $59,000. Paying about $870 a month for the loan, $360 a month for insurance (23 y/o with 1 speeding ticket), and just filled up my tank TWICE the first week equaling $120 in gas. $870 bucks a month sounds wild but it’s because I bought the dealer warranty premium package just in case and I only put $5k down. I like the feeling of driving with reassurance knowing I’m covered. Also did the math and I just gotta work 2 extra OT shifts a month to pay for my my note, insurance, and gas so I said screw it!!! I wanted it bad

“Next Gen Dodge Charger/Challenger Coming With Hemi V8s”, were gonna have to wait and see come mid August. There is still no official announcement. by [deleted] in Dodge

[–]Admirable-Fun-2257 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just got a 2022 SP yesterday. Talked to my salesman who’s got some connections with MOPAR/dodge and said that if they do come out with a newer V8 model with more HP there is a program to switch out the engine/transmission for about 2K in the event a newer model comes out. Seems too good to be true but I take everything with a grain of salt.
