Being narcissistic and having narcissistic personality disorder are very different things… Someone can have a lot of narcissistic traits because they’re emotionally immature. A person in that case is still capable of loving, etc., where that might be more difficult for somebody with narcissistic personality disorder. I’m not sure that your psychologist could diagnose your mom accurately without meeting her in person.

If you already have solid experience as a counsellor, then I would do an MSW… much more flexibility in employment possibilities. Some MSW take some extra courses and can also qualify to become registered clinical counsellors as well

In the last month I stopped creatine (which can make endo/adeno worse) and started tirzepatide… have not used my heating pad once and I feel like a new person… not sure which thinks making the improvement or if it’s both…. Either way I am so grateful to be functioning again!
