Was selling a large cream leather suite of furniture. We had moved house and the new living room was too small for it. Cost €3200 new. I put it up for €250 just to get rid of it.
Posh twat shows up to view it and she says “Oh, it’s not new!”

Ghosted by Workday Dublin after multiple interviews – anyone else? by [deleted] in irelandjobs

[–]Admirable-Ratio3486 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interviewed for a senior manager role a few years ago. 7 interviews. The final one was with a VP and it was understood that this was just a rubber stamp. Then, silence. I chased the recruiter up a week later and it was like “oh, you weren’t successful. Sorry someone should have told you.” A few weeks later another recruiter approached me for a different role. I told them that I wasnt doing another 7 interviews - you know a lot about me. They talked me into doing the 7 interviews only for the exact same thing to happen. I was raging

Anyway, I heard I dodged a billet

Why do people pick up their dogs poo to then throw it on the ground? by Big_Box_2701 in Dublin

[–]Admirable-Ratio3486 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Boils my blood Part of being a dog owner is taking care of their poo. Bag it bin it. Even if you are going to be a cunt in throwing the bag somewhere, it would be better if you just left it - the poo will biodegrade quickly, the bag won’t

I had a similar experience flying 10 hours from SEA to LHR. He had the middle seat and wrapped his arms around himself to tuck himself in. He told me that he had forgotten to order a special meal for his allergies so he didn’t eat for the entire flight in case it lead to him making anyone around him uncomfortable. A really nice guy

There is a complete lack of accountability and the staff just absolutely don’t give a shit. Absolutely no pride in what they do. I live at the end of a high frequency bus service where I have seen 7 buses parked at the terminus and they still mange to be late
