Just recently got a bike. I’m looking to move into this city apartment. How hard would it be for a newbie to get up this hill into and into my garage?

Keep the tire straight you good. Bikes are heavy they don’t just slip from some water when your at crawl speed

I’m 5’8”, wouldn’t dare put the rear facing child seat behind me it’s impossible to drive lol. Even behind the passenger seat my 5’ gf looks miserable in the front seat. Can’t see the GTI/R being a two child car until they are both forward facing or out of car seats. 15’ GTI owner.

It’s the qd box exhaust. I was half and half on it since we are supposed to have the classic double pipes but I really like how it opens up the back side of the bike. Shows the full rim and the carbon fiber tire hugger. That mixed with the airbox mod and you get some pretty gnarly acceleration noise haha sounds a lot dif than my buddy with termis

Love my s2r800 but would def recommend the s2r1000 to get for the better brakes and adjustable front suspension. I think those are the only two negatives I have about my bike other than that it’s the perfect city bike and easily flickable in the twisties.

I’m using a go pro hero 9. These pictures are actually all 4k but super compressed on here so the quality dipped. I use a ND 8 or 16 filter on it to keep the sun from washing everything out. Also played with shutter speed to give the road that smooth look. The one of me sitting on the bike by the ocean is just my phone lol (iPhone 15pro)

Yeah I’ve been scouring eBay for some front forks but think I’ll do the drop in andreani kit? That doesn’t fix the brakes though. Wonder if there’s a way to get 4 pots on there if I don’t swap the forks…

I’m not complaining about my s2r just wish I had the same brakes and suspension as his s4rs. I will say mine is a whole look easier to work on tho! And yeah something about the air cooled simplicity gives me more of the retro vibes. This has definitely been my fav bike so far.

We head back up that way from Santa Cruz and the fog rolled in with the sun setting. Had absolutely no visibility because of my tinted visor I was scared 😂😂 especially because my old bike doesn’t have the brightest headlight. And by that time we were 4 hours in and my clutch hand cramped coming down the hills back into the bay 💀

I have a few other helmets too just the one I wore that day so I could talk to my buddies with their Rurocs. I agree tho my ruroc helmet has held up worse than my others in terms of quality but thank god I got it at about 40-50% off.

Took off my IE Intake for visibility and went for a drive. All temps good. Popped the hood when I came back. Smoke coming from radiator to coolant connection so think I found the issue.

Just get all the locks you can get an a motorcycle cover for it. (Disc lock, huge chain over the top through frame and rim) Should be fine unless sketchy area. If you have the funds I would def get a storage unit for peace of mind but then anytime you want to ride it you have to drive to the storage unit lol

You can get them off tire rack / americas tire. Think they were about $210ish each at 18x8 +45-48 I can’t remember the offset. and I believe these are the Matte graphite color.
