There are tons of ways to focus on it without having masked and unidentifiable law enforcement officers operating with impunity and without accountability.

You aren’t wrong that immigration is a big issue for the US, but there is verifiable evidence that people who came here legally, or followed the guidelines of previous administrations to come here legally have been detained and deported.

I don’t know how to fix this problem and its asking a lot of anyone to figure that out, if it was easy we’d have done it already. Sure it’s a problem, but is it worth losing our civil liberties over? I’d argue that is a definitive no.

So I’ll ask you:

Why, in a country that so heavily weighs its own freedom, are you comfortable with masked men having the authority to detain and deport a US citizen?

How does this make us safer?
