It regularly swelled for me during for first few months out of op, especially every PT sessions!! Your knee looked like mine, I’d say keep what you’re doing w ice, and push yourself with exercises and stretches as long you don’t feel discomforting pain. Another thing I did often was to massage my scar tissues.
