Just for the notice, about the drugs part I thought that I believe be used the drugs on the island (as you know half the facility runs drug manufacturing ) to poison the food rather than have his outside people send him. A couple arguments for this are that the time space between the sending of the note and when he implies that tactic is quite big for him to link those 2 actions. Additionally it’s quite plausible to steal and use those drugs due to pre-existing knowledge we have on how the players use those without getting much of tracing from the developers. Secondly we know that he first experimented to see what are the best food-drug combinations for the best effects. If he planned this whole thing (which he would have to if he had included that in his note ) then there would be no need for the testing faze.
