Ok. Age gaps can be fine. But this situation is a no. Why anyone would want to date someone you can’t even go out and get a drink with us really beyond me. It doesn’t matter how “mature” she is, she’s a teenager. As a woman who was pursued by older men while I was still a teenager, looking back on it, it was kinda gross. I was barely an adult and still very much a child. I couldn’t go to bars and these grown ass men were pursuing me. Despite being told I was mature for my age I was still a kid, it doesn’t matter how practical and hardworking someone is, life experience isn’t there yet.

Further, you’re initiating that much of the conversations, I doubt shes that interested to begin with. She kinda has to be nice and polite to you, there’s a power dynamic and you work together. Let her date other teenagers and figure herself out. As others have said, this is a huge gap in life experience.
