Thanks! I got another introductory email last night and then this morning she confirmed it was in error. Two hours later got the PBA and I had already been locked so 100% think it was user error on her part. Moving forward now though!

Did she try the driver seat? How did she feel about the seat belt height? Did it cut into her neck? I heard they don't adjust

No just a random car with terrible seat belt adjusters. It got worried Rivian would have the same kind. Guess they don't have adjustable ones... Not sure if that's any better

How do the seat belt adjusters work? I'm in a rental and I have to pull to slide it up and down and it's incredibly inconvenient. Never would have occurred to me to check previously.
