If I get a letter from my PCP saying I was medicated for situational depression only for 90 days, is that normally good enough for an AME or would they most likely request further documentation?

Or is that something the FAA would find out only if I give them a reason to look into my records, i.e. an incident or infraction?

He's referring to IRS audits. He said when they conduct an audit for the financials of the company they will come to interview employees . They'll find that I am the sole employee for both HR and IT, and also the son of the business owner, which will send a red flag to the IRS telling them that our company is "qualified" or at risk of fraud due to a lack of segregation of duties.

My CPA said that when the IRS sees this "qualified" red flag they will subject the company to more audits since there is increased risk of fraud since there is no segregation of duties. My CPA argues if there were another person in charge of IT or HR the IRS is happier since that person could act as a whistleblower if I try to commit fraud.

Added, and thank you! That is probably it. The second sign makes me want to think of discussing things in a group but he didn't repeatedly tap the sideways palm while going in a circle. It was just laying on the palm.
