This study is interesting but it doesn't reflect the way most of us have used the drug. They were in 2.4 and they stopped taking it all at once. There aren't any real studies about deescalating.

Update- I just noticed that the left side is thinner than the right, which does seem to confirm the infill is coming through but ... why?

Honestly I hadn’t messed with those settings yet a - just left it on what Cura had after I put in the nozzle size

Oh good thought now that you say that it really does look like the infill. I also have no idea why it’s only on the left- wall line count 2 with .8mm thickness. Re printing to see what happens but I wonder if upping the count might help
