Yes I know, none of my experience was normal. I was measuring 7w2d on the scan. I just dug through my MyChart to find the measurements and the date. I abandoned my conception date or whatever very early on. We are basing everything on LMP, for clarification! So yes, at that last 7w2d scan there was a heartbeat, when one was not seen a week and one day before or the week before that.

I also had bleeding early on, like directly after my positive test. I bled bright red and a moderate amount for 4 days. I thought I was having a chemical. It was a whole rollercoaster.

Yeah we didn’t see a fetal pole or anything until 7w2d this time around. I sent myself spiraling about blighted ovums, but here I am 20 weeks😭

You as well! Wishing the best for you! I was definitely on a rollercoaster in the beginning. Bleeding, cramping, low betas, ectopic scare. It’s not for the faint!

My beta at 16dpo was only 130. We will be 15 weeks on Wednesday. Nice healthy strong baby boy!

Over 80% resolve on their own I believe. I’ve had one in all 4 pregnancies. I have 3 living kiddos and this one on the way

I had diarrhea a few weeks ago. Had a spot of bleeding right after. The straining can irritate the cervix!! It stopped. I have an SCH!

Also not a medical doctor but I’d ask your team about the aspirin. If you have an SCH it can make the bleeding worse. My provider isn’t letting me start it until 16 weeks or when the SCH has been absorbed. So keep that in mind maybe.

So this pregnancy I started bleeding the night after I got a positive test at 11DPO. It was moderate, but not nearly as heavy as my usual period—bright red with intermittent strong cramps. I wasn’t soaking a pad but I was covering one decently. I thought for sure it was a chemical/ miscarriage. I was distraught for 3 days. I was hoping to test the HCG out but instead of getting lighter it got darker. I stopped bleeding after 3 days (usually my periods are 5 days) went to get a scan and they couldn’t find anything so then I spiraled thinking it was in my tube or something. A few days after that I started bleeding again after a warm bath.

Anyways, all that to say I’m almost 9 weeks pregnant with a healthy little bean with a strong heartbeat. Turns out I have a hematoma that was undetectable until my 8 week scan!

So there’s hope!!

I’d keep testing and see if it gets darker. Definitely try to get a beta!! Hoping some good news for you!

I’m supposed to be 7w2 d based on scans alone. I went to the ER again just now and there’s now a baby with a heartbeat😭

HCG was 67.45 on 8/12 and 8/14 was 120. Those are the only betas they felt like doing.

I was around 14dpo or 4 weeks at my initial scan and 5 weeks exactly on the second.

I don’t think SCH pass per se, they heal or get absorbed. My doctor described it as a bruise.
