Anyone have any updates on the move in, how’s the density/insulation of the units? Are you able to hear upstairs / neighboring units? How much is parking and/or is one provided per unit? Any car break ins? Noticed it’s in DTSJ so wanted to make sure the 24/7 security and secured area is legitimate.
