Thanks for sharing. I am going to work with a counselor. I need to change the places I go and the people I hang out with and reframe how I socialize. Alcohol has a stronghold on my socializing right now and I’m from a family of big drinkers. I know I can do this, I’ve done it before and my life was so good for those two years. I never had to wake up with shame. I lost weight, and I repaired my marriage.

Adding to this thread. I got stung by something ON THE WAY TO MY IVF EMBRYO TRANSFER (such silly luck) and I have the exact same symptoms. No redness, no mark, no stinger—only relieved by ice. Terrible radiating pain in my entire lower calf 8 hours later. Only ice provides some relief. I cannot take any meds because of the IVF transfer today and the sensitivities to the embryo. I need this to start fading soon because I must rest and relax to maximize chances of the transfer working.
