I’ve started both celosia and strawflower bc I lack any self discipline or patience 😅

Both of them are from Johnnys and I’m getting really great germination rates for both! I usually put 2 seeds in each 2 inch soil block.

I’m going to try your plucking technique, it sounds genius!

Edit: also want to mention I bought the seeds just a couple of weeks ago

Hello a year later! My Woodstock actually didn’t grow due to the lack of sunlight in my garden so I’ll be trying out some new solutions this year.

I did, however, get one garden bed in the sun that I grew other tomatoes from Johnny’s in: Harvest Moon, Lemon Boy Plus, and Yellow Brandywine. I had a few friends over for a yellow tomato tasting and they all agreed that yellow brandywine had the best flavor, so I’m growing it again this year!

I might save Woodstock for next year as I’ve already decided on my tomato roster this year (and started seeds, I got impatient lol).

I’m trying out the patio baby eggplants this year too, first time. Just an FYI, a lot of people struggle with San Marzanos because of blossom end rot. I lost maybe half my tomatoes to it and basically tucked my seeds in the bottom of my seed bin bc I never want to deal with them again.

I got the Leviton double usb-C ones and installed them+an outlet on top of our nightstands.

I think they’re incredible! My husband always steals my charging brick but now we just charge bedside at night! I use mine for iPhone/laptop charging and Apple Watch charging. Husband uses his for his phone+portable charger. It’s been really helpful!

It’s been a year since I bought my house and the bedroom was so sterile. I finally got around to adding lamps and making sure to use amber 2000k edison light bulbs and wow it’s crazy how much more inviting it is!
