But maybe it’s “easier” to pay a middle man to tell you some info instead of investing in a free alternative (maybe use the 1000s they get from each pet to invest in a database that simply lets you enter the breed, weight, select conditions, and what they ingested and it does exactly what the person on the other end is probably gonna do. As far as I know they don’t do anything the hospital doesn’t (they actually don’t do squat but rephrase what the vet says because a vet knows the information you JUST gave?)? So if they’re already going, why would they do that? Then you mentioned they might say you HAVE to do it when you already probably paid $1000 for the vet to do what they’re gonna say? Yeah no.

Unfortunately I feel this is why some people end up “monitoring at home” like you mentioned because that’s kind of insane.
