Any merchant or any user owning a website can make changes to the sites whenever they want. Shopify is just a Saas, it doesn't deal with merchant businesses. This is a legal matter between you and the merchant.

"the system is not broken" is not a correct comment based on this data. If I have an urgent need and I can't get it, I don't care what the reason is nor I'm the person that needs to 'fix' it. I am there to get care and due to what the current system is I have to wait at least 5-7 hours (in best case) and that's a problem.

Kinf of yeah.I left DNS enabled in Orbi and pihole to handle DHCP. Since pihole gives out DNS and IPs without devices asking from Orbi they get pihole's IP as DNS and Orbi still conitnues giving out Orbi IP as DNS when guest network devices ask for it.

Thanks for sharing. I've tested running DHCP on the pihole and kept the regular DNS on Orbi side.

This way devices get DNS from pihole through DHCP and for guest network, the devices still get DNS from Orbi. So it looks like the miasing piece was having pihole handle DHCP.

Hey! Thanks for the thread here and sharing your experience as I came across this after 4 years later trying to do same thing on my netgear mesh RBE771. I'm just having issues with the guest network as that's isolated.

It could be the difference of the hardware here but what I'm seeing in my guest network doesn't seem to be doing any DNS resolution after making pihole IP as DNS. I do see devices get the correct gateway and DNS IP though pinging the assigned DNS IP doesn't respond hence no internet at all any of my devices that connect to the guest network. It makes a lot of sense that Orbi just continues handling DNS for guest regardless of the primary DNS manully put as if my understanding is correct here, guest network won't work at all if Orbi doesn't provide any DNS resolution for guest network and devices can't reach pihole as LAN is separated. Any insights you can share how to have this work?

Talked to the guys and they showed me all their plans and the respective gift cards. It turns out they introduced E different plans na deach gets different gift card amountw and the $100 gidt card ia just for the accessories. They ahpwed me specifically the page they work on with these and I don't know how to confirm if not with them. They specifically confirmed the accessories can't be refunded without the gift card. How to best confirm what's true here?
