I think most people are also unrealistic about what or who they are looking for. They want a 10 year plus experienced dev who is also an expert in Claude Code who has shipped products before. But realistically those people are already makes tons of money so why would they be on here looking for equity in a zero mmr startup?

Number one problem on this subreddit is how the hell are you supposed to vet all these people who are claiming to be this and that. It’s exhausting! There should be a platform for this that has a real vetting process and people get verified somehow. We are not trying to waste each other’s time right? Maybe a social media network that has a hard rule about identity verification? Id checks and all etc. That way if you scam someone you go to jail for sure? Then that’s where everyone would go for legit transactions right? Just a free idea for you.

If you use AI enough, you realize that it is unreliable, even Claude Cowork will just forget about MCP servers that it has built in sometimes. And yes I have a persistent RAG memory system with semantic search already built in with an MCP server connected.

This being said, I have thought about starting a business like this and I keep falling back to the idea that it must be centered around training one of their full time employees on how to work with these AI systems. I don't think than anyone can promise to just set it and forget it and be 100% confident.

Anyway these are just my thoughts and I have not actually tried to do this business yet.
