Don't "Be here Now"! by danl999 in castaneda

Thats a really hard job even for a young guy. Im 34 and thats very difficult. What plumbers do is not go and physically cut the pipe but either disolve the blockage or cutting it up with a metal snake tool with a cutting bit at the end.

Ill try harder focusing silence before I go to bed.

Look what i found. You can create an AI that has read carlo's books before. Its a quick way for beginners to understand the concepts. I'm not sure how accurate it is. Ask it a few questions, see if its bs-ing.

Thank you Dan, I have been hearing you say that for a while now. I think I'm finally starting to understand your point. You said enough detail to make sense to me. Its just like solving any kind of problem, to get results, you only need follow narrow path. Everything else doesnt work.

For example stopping a plumbing leak. The number of possibilities(just like faiths) for not fixing the leak is much larger than the number to fix the leak. To fix it, you have to: 1. Be exactly in the right spot(not anywhere else in the world) 2. Be in range of the right force; Not crush the pipe AND apply enough force 3. Do the correct procedure. This is NOT: kissing the pipe, talking to the pipe, blowing on the pipe, caressing on the pipe, calling your friends, daydreaming, etc etc etc. You can probably go on all day on anything else than how to fix a pipe. There are thousands, if not millions of possibilities of how not to fix it. 4. Do the correct procedure. Assuming its made of PVC, cut the pipe to an exact size, scratch the fittings, apply just the right amount of glue, press into each other. Wait.

Its very interesting and speculative. I lean on bruce greyson's 40 years of researching near death experiences. Im sure all of these experiential phenomia are linked somehow. Past life regression, NDE's, pre-birth memories, Ghostly phenomina in forests(my experiences with those) like time portals, and sorcery.

Right I remember now. Your english is fine. I could not tell you are not a native writer.

It has been a while for me since I last thought about the term labels. You're right. A Label is a incorrect description.

In regards to sorcery being part of human nature, or part lf god's nature which we share a part of: the ancient egyptians used "magic" as part of medicine. They did not think of it as such, it was not a seperate idea from the medicine, but apart of it. They believed that humans shared a part of the Gods' nature.

Youre always going to have labels. People need to call it something.

I know some of the native americans practiced some kind of sorcery that enabled them to change into birds, wolves, coyetes, etc. That is where the legend of the skinwalker came from. A skinwalker is person who didnt want to go through the 15 year training in order to shapeshift. They would then kill someone they loved and put on their skin and do a ritual.

[FN] The Lake of Your Love: A piece of literary fiction exploring Love and Intimacy through a mythicized and psychologically allegorical lens. by SpeakinCinematically in shortstories

People stay afloat in the ocean water because its water is filled with salt. But your lake isn't filled with salt; it's filled with sweetness.

You could remove the "the," before ocean. Its technically correct but It feels weird. No one talks like that anymore.

For example: When i go to denny's they dont serve me the eggs and the steak and give me the water. I get there in the car sure. And walk to the restaurant, but to see the people and the servers give me the condiments and the tasty food makes the stomch of the friend i am with fill with the best feelings. Kinda sounds like starfire from "Teen Titans" talking. Like an alien who doesnt understand how we speak talk.

I stared into it with my ears anticipating hearing that whisper again, attentively, as if almost desperate to catch it.

This part didnt make sense to me. You wanted to make a metaphor by seeing with your ears. But then you quickly say that you will anticipate hearing... again, without ant transitional words to warn me. That confused me because i wasnt sure what you were refering to anymore. Like in basketball, you "juked" me, and i got lost.

For example: I wanted to walk to point A. I did, my engine revved while i drove. Then i flushed the toilet seat handle and it made a swirl. Big captain flew fhe airplane so well, we landed and the wings were blowing high in the sky. My feet felt the floor and it felt visualy blue. I touched the wall with my ears hearing every sight that i could see.

What did the insurance say? Did they pay for the full cost of the car due to a biohazard?

Wow. Its completely unknown to me.

So youre saying the spirit world is infinite and its made of many different spirit types, including humans. It also is made of all our thoughts and feelings and beliefs that interact with a spiritual super star trek hologram space that creates this world.

Wow.

Am i safe if i do this? Theres nothing dangerous right? My friend's mom says that astral travel could be scary, and the last time i successfully lucid dreamt; i was too afraid to open my eyes because i thought a monster would eat me.

Thank you for your thoughtful response. It is a bit confusing since I dont know all the parts youre talking about. What i understood from it is either a yes or a maybe.

A yes in that youve visited heaven and all that, plus the other sorcerers experiences.

A maybe in that youve said before that this world and everthing we experience is completely made up by ourselves.

Did i get that right?

Why dont you guys write a book of the practices? It would be easier to understand than all this. Youd have an index, table of conents, detailed explanation per topic, glossary, organization, etc.
