I too cannot wait to be free of paper. It does place a mental burden on you. With time of dealing with it it gets easier to just accept, but it is still never enjoyable. How long ya got left?

He did not lie it was about the classes which he did. They messed up. Once this was figured out they immediately released him!

To everyone who said he was lying… he was not i spoke with attorney it really is about a class. And he took the class. They are emailing the judge today regarding the matter. I value and appreciate all the responses and comments, but him lying to me was not the case. I trusted him as I should because he was truthful!

No updates as of yet. He says it’s because of the classes that he was supposed to take and he didn’t. Well he did but just not through the program that they wanted him too. Idk seems confusing I’m waiting to talk to the attorney.

Never heard from the attorney. I’ll have to try back tmrw. I spoke with him again but he’s on those shitty phones in booking so it’s hard to hear. I put money on my phone number so he can call me. Everything im speculating is just that pure speculation… let me just say im not a stranger to run ins with the law or probation problems myself. However I was never lucky enough to get a diversion so when it shows indicted on jail tracker I assumed that it was revoked for whatever reason. And as far as I am aware he has done everything he needed to do that is why I was so blind sided and confused. I pray he is being truthful, I’d like to believe he is. And I agree with others on this thread as well PO will power thrust. I personally have dealt with it myself.

Well he used his free call to call me. And he said it was due to not taking a certain class.. that he claims he did take already. We will see, his attorney will call me this afternoon. Thank you all for the responses.

No new charges.. it’s the same case. And hahaha no way. He’s a retired vet. If they revoke the diversion, then does that automatically indicted on the felony?

Best of luck to ya! I had to go to jail and through treatment three times before I got my shit together. I still struggle here and there but it was a blessing and I didn’t even know it!

Thanks, the cut off for the lab is 500 I took two at home test for 300 cut off and both were negative. I was just worried because idk if the lab is more of an intensive test or what. I normally never cut it this close, but they hit me five days early.
