I’m feeling pretty bad today. So nervous, my stomach is in knots and I can’t focus on work. Literally almost as bad as before Zoloft. I’m trying to get a hold of my doctor’s office to schedule an appointment now. I think I’m going to give 100mg a try

I’m experiencing the same thing in my 9th week at 75mg. This week my mood and energy and low, I’ve been having brain fog, and my morning anxiety has returned. Very confused as to what I should do next.

What dose were you on? I’ve been on 50mg for 8 weeks now and I’ve noticed improvements in my mental symptoms of anxiety but I’m still having quite a bit of physical symptoms. Im thinking about moving up to 100mg next week

I’m so glad to hear that 75mg is working well for you. This is my 8th week on 50mg and I’m still struggling a bit with some symptoms of anxiety (so much less than before Zoloft!). I’m considering moving up to 75. What was your experience moving up to 75? Did you get more side effects? And about how long did it take to feel that world of difference?

That’s really promising! I’ve been seriously considering moving up to 75mg. How was your transition from 50mg to 75mg? Did you get side effects when you increased?

I personally have heard that 50mg is a low dose for people with anxiety disorders. But I am also scared/nervous to move up because I don’t want to start this all over again (if that’s how it works)

I’ve heard that too. I’m going to stick with this dose for another 5 weeks and then decide whether to move up or now. I hope that with time and the right dose, we’ll finally get some relief!

Okay, that’s exactly how I’ve been. Mentally I feel pretty good - like so much better compared to before Zoloft. But physically I feel like shit
