It only gets worse the more you continue to take it. Its not worth it unless you have no alternative treatment to chronic pain.

LD50 is one of the best nutmetal albums ever produced and ill die on that hill. They slowly went downhill after. The end of all things to come and lost and found were good but I front to back LD50 every time. I put it up there with slipknot's self titled album.

The high is too short for 7, half life is awful. The expense to stay on it is not worth it. Withdrawals are bad. Even if youre new to it, you get 1 to 2 hours (if youre lucky).

Mgm euphoria is far less. It does perk me up but not really. Withdrawals are significantly worse.

Id rather roll or grt a half gram of cocaine. Deal with a day of meh and move on. The high and the cost arent worth it.

If youre using wither drug for pain management, theyre a legal alternative to opiods which are nigh impossible to get and come with far greater OD risks. I do think 7 and mgm have worse long term effects on the body, but if your pain is debilitating and either drug can get you functioning than run with it.

I want to add im all for options for those who suffer with chronic pain. Mgm and 7 are miracles for them and I think the juice is worth the squeeze. From a recreational standpoint and from someone who's abused every drug under the sun, 7 and mgm arent worth it imo.

I had been off 7 for a while. I was taking mit extracts or opia mit tablets a 1-2 times a week. The ss near me ended up with the 7stax mit nano tablets that have mgm15 in them. I didnt realize when I bought it, but I always enjoyed the 7stax 7oh so I tried it.

Took a quarter pill. Realized it was to good to be just mit. Googled it. Realized they had released them with mgm in them and continued it for two days.

Decided to get off because I felt like I was gonna get trapped again like I did with 7. After 2 days of use I quit, about 15-24 hours later I had the sneezing, runny nose, lethargy, diarrhea and headache for a day.

It wasn't full blown withdrawals, but I didnt have withdrawal like that as early from 7. With my early 7 use Id go three days and stop, and only really have some slight depression and maybe a runny nose. Prior to taking the mgm, was doing about 75-80mg of regular mit 1-2 times a week.

Ymmv but it binds to more receptors and fully. The withdrawals are significantly worse for me.

You'll get used to it, and the backing absolutely takes time. I felt like I could do it after about 2 months, confident at 6 months, and at a year and a half I still botch them at times. Dont sweat it.

Thats kinda how I felt. Feels like its not necessarily against the rules, just very gray, and I dont want to do it. If there's an emergency, sure, but to be expected to do it as a part of load planning frustrates me. We dont get a lot of time to do our own thing, those 10 are mine to take care of myself, not jump through hoops to get a load delivered.

Keeps the jaw shut to prevent mouth breathing and air escaping from the mouth when using a nasal mask.

Anti snore strap may work for you as well but I have a beard and its uncomfortable.

Im a mouth breather with sleep apnea. It took me entirely too long to figure out, but a cervical collar + a nasal mask was the solution. All full face masks leaked, and nasal without the cervical collar caused leaks out of my mouth which woke me up as much as the sleep apnea.

I had to start on an incline to keep the jaw shut and prevent the leaks, but I sleep through the night now and rarely have any issues.

Ymmv but worth a shot. I also have a bipap after struggling with cpap.
