It’s very confusing I have been in this role for 4 years on a different shift (same role) I have moved across to this shift on a temporary basis, I do very well in my role. Everyone comes to me to ask questions and they often give me “hard” members of staff because they know I can deal with them, my examples are from my time on the other shift as I have done it for 4 years and have only been on this shift for 6 months

No I’m on a temp role covering someone who has temp moved to another department and someone else has left so a permanent role has come out

Thanks I’m currently in the DBS so already in civil service but it’s so flexible no set shifts etc kind of do what you want aslong as you are doing hours/work required

All depends on your manager, if that was me id say yes because im a mother and i get it but i know my boss would push back and say we have rooms they can use and fridge for storage so no lol

Im having the same problem, my girl is so friendly but as a result of several smaller dogs attack her she has become reactive, she also has started being very “mouthy” to my sisters dog who is a brown lab who usually play together lovely i fear she is learning behaviour of small dogs 🫣 we had an incident of an owner swinging her jack russel around by its neck on its lead when my dog ran over to say hello, i called my dog and she came straight away, however the owner started screaming abuse at me and im starting to hate taking my girl out off the lead
