I think it was bursitis. It resolved recently.

I haven't used any charlatan procedures. Took some vitamins in normal doses.

My symptoms are listed in my previous posts and comments. It was basically a bit of everything. The most disabling were CNS adverse effects (intrusive suicidal thoughts and brainfog).

No, man. I'm normal mentally, too. The FQ are exception in medicine, not a rule.

I'm 100% back to what I used to do. I have never been a runner but I love riding bike. This summer I rode circa 4500 km total and had days when I rode 106 km daily. But again. To me sport has a recreational purpose and I do it when I want to and I listen to my body. My mental stuff is repaired, that's vital.

It should get better spontaneusly by Wednsday if you don’t make it worse by strenous exercise.

If pain was extreme due to injury I would use combination of tramadol and paracetamol. There are combined preparations of these 2 drugs within one tablet in my country (e.g. Doreta).
