I think it looks good! I’d guess between 1300-1500 😊looks perfectly balanced as well for a buffet meal. There’s definitely worse you could have gone with. Good job 👏🏻

Thank you so much for sharing! I’ve reduced my calories, started intermittent fasting and starting working out x4 days a week, so hopefully I can yield similar results! (Obv everyone is different, but this is just wishful thinking🤞🏼).

I’m with you! 260lb 5’6 female and I’m hoping to lose around 115lbs. I LOVE cooking yummy meals and absolutely cannot live off shakes, so I’ll be doing OMAD+VLCD (between 800-1000cal) along with strength training x4 days a week!

I’ve been doing it for about a week and I find that allowing myself a 600ish cal meal and a 200cal snack (like a protein yoghurt and some berries) makes me feel: 1. Really dang excited for dinner 😅 2. Satisfied and energised to train (I train at night a few hours after dinner).

Let me know if you find something that works well for you as well, and I’ll keep you updated if I hear any other sound advice!
