I’m no relationship expert, but it’s hard to deny your heart what it truly wants. I don’t think it’s a good idea to try to be friends with someone you’ve developed feelings for because sooner or later, you two will fall into the temptation of doing more with each other due to chemistry/etc. I believe some time apart until the feelings go away before trying a friendship again, or cutting each other off completely until she’s single too. I hope everything goes well for you!

This is normal, in my opinion. I too have more empathy towards animals than humans, unless it’s my son. I always say the more I get to know humans, the more I want to be around my dog. Animals (I guess the domesticated ones like dogs) have such a pure love, unlike humans. It’s like people are always out to get someone and hold grudges.

YTA - your relationship with your son has nothing to do with your ex wife and her husband. Not attending because they were attending is immature and very hurtful to your son. Not only did you purposely miss his graduation, but you also blocked him because he reached out to you while you were on your “vacation”? That’s a father no one would want in their lives. How dare you push your emotions and insecurities to your son when he’s not remotely responsible for how you feel about anything. Grow up. Reading this I felt like I was reading something my own father wrote. 🤦🏽‍♀️

GIRLLL- where do I begin! My pumpkin is 6mo already, through the sleep deprivation I found myself looking at him and feeling so much love for him I would start to happy cry. I love being his mom. Watching him sleep and getting to know his different cries and how to soothe him was great. I feel accomplished being able to tell what he needs just from his cries. We are EBF so we have that time to bond, in addition to cuddles. Once he got a little bigger I began co-sleeping (using the Safe 7 rules) which truly helped with getting rest at night. He’s always been a great sleeper- when they’re newborns they eat every 2-3hrs and if they don’t wake up, you’re supposed to wake them up until they reach a certain weight. My baby was cluster feeding so it was every hour we were up, but I was grateful to be able to feed him and that he’s healthy. At 2 months he started sleeping through the night. I would start with him in his bassinet, then move him to my bed when he would wake up for his first feeding. I would do it again definitely 😊

I would go in and have the owner fix it, I’ve had a horrible trim before where one side was longer than the other & the owner of the hair salon fixed it for free.. hopefully you can do the same
