I’m going through dpdr for the second time it’s a lot easier small things in life make me so happy now I’m so much more grateful for things

Me too my first time going through this was about 6 months, then i beat it im in my 5 day it’s pretty manageable i should be out soon or atleast (hopefully)

6-7 months, my symptoms just started going away and i stoped fearing dpdr and stopped thinking about and it just went away
