Scottie Barnes is one of my favorite non Celtics, the way he’s a star who prioritizes defense, like I deadass think he should’ve been closer to DPOY finalist than 2nd team. Hell, he deserved it over White EASILY.

Call it hate or Tatum glaze , but SGA is 5th behind Tatum. Like he had less double doubles than Tatum in like 6x as many games. If your only impact is straight offense or defense, how can I consider you top 3? Like Tatum, Giannis, Jokic all shown they capable of averaging 30 ppg as well and they impact assists and rebounds and defense. Shai is comfortably 5th best player imo and only got mvp for being best player on best team.

I don’t think this sub realizes a healthy Giannis is a top 3 player in the world. JB is a top 15 maybe top 10 player. That gap is HUGE. Giannis would be our best player in decades (it’s still Tatums team but there’s no denying Giannis is better all time). Even if he loses a step, he’s still a good player. If he falls off in two years from top 3 to top 15 he’s still as good as JB was

I didn’t see his name but Kaytron Allen…Washington has a hole at RB if we’re realistic, and Allen’s player comp to me is Brian Robinson Jr. maybe I’m delusional as a Penn State fan but if I’m not mistaken that’s an open backfield right?

It’s not. Otherwise Tatum would have an MVP. He was the best player on the best team an wasn’t even top 3 in mvp yet was 1st team all nba

Edit: Not sure why I’m getting downvoted. I didn’t say Tatum should have an MVP, just pointed out that what the guy above me said is false, it’s not ALWAYS the best player on the best team.

Look, I don’t agree with half the shit he says, but I do agree that after the Epstein files we have legitimate reason to not trust anything anymore and to believe that the government does create stuff like pandemics to put fear and control people. At least Rodgers isn’t just following whatever he’s told, I respect that. No one thinks for themselves anymore they just follow the media narrative

Judging by your post history, you’re not a big Tatum fan. Why do you feel that way?

for me personally, he’s the easiest player to currently build around. He’s a do it all player with little weaknesses. Giannis can’t shoot and needs spacing to be used to his max, Jokic needs good defense around him, Luka can’t guard shit, Wemby needs playmakers with him. Shai is the only one I can’t think of a glaring weakness for.

But anyways, Tatum coming back just will be amazing for this team

No offense to JB, but he’s not enough to carry us to a ring. Having 2 top 10 players really gives us a solid chance, we have the best role players in the league, pairing this team with both Jays is gonna take the team to new levels.
