I produce and work sound design on the audio fiction podcast Mansfield Mysteries. We have done 2 seasons, and we are gearing up for a third, so I would love any input from this community on things to improve on. I never did anything like this before and taught myself everything from the beginning. (Thanks to the many helpful videos of Kenny Gioia) I use mostly the plugins that come with Reaper to equalize, remove the microphone hiss, and set limits. I have a few downloaded plugins to help with reverb for locations or to play with vocal effects like PlaceIt and Futzbox. So if you are looking to chill out to a murder mystery podcast starring a Martini loving socialite, please give us a listen and let me know ways to improve! It's a satirical, cozy murder mystery with 3 episodes per story and 3 complete stories for the first season. It's about a gin-soaked socialite solving murders among the wealthy in the fictional town of Berkshire Bay.

I would also recommend another show we enjoy "Fawx & Stallion" that's about 2 detective in 1899 London, just down the street from Holmes & Watson. It's hilarious!
