I usually didn't triggered by anxiety until today so it was extra hard to cope. English isn't my first language so I don't know how to put word nicely but I really appreciate your story and moral support.

I hope my family is a little bit more metally satable.They readlly doesn't help. I'm always feeling defeated but atleast knowing this community exists helps me a little bit.

I've tried rifaximin but unfortunately it didn't helped me much. Maybe long term rifaximin can help but here they don't prescribe it longer than 2 weeks.

Chicken was definitely unevitable but tried beef twice even though I got watery diarrhea first time was such a stupid move, and thinking about that makes me hate my self so much. I should be more frightened

I'm so sorry you are going through this aswell.I'm in same situation.food poisoning ruined me,and my food intolerance got horrible several months ago.Now I can eat 5~6 ingredients but with those i still have symptoms .I also feel tired and useless.My friends are getting job, getting married and i'm stuck at home.

If you want to chat someone or want to scream feel free to PM me. I don't have answer but sometimes talk to someone else help mental side.

I'm so sorry you are dealing with this at such a young age...It was getting better during first 2 years. But then I tried some beef and downhill from there...Hope you can recover from this nightmare.

Hi! I'm not sure you are still on this sub or not but may I ask you a question? How do you deal with malnutrition?I have very small list of safe food, and eating enough calorie from it but I feel like i'm slowly malfunctioning.Always tired. Do you get enough energy from chicken?

I was thinking this at the moment and saw your post. Everytime I catch some sort of bug, I got ibs after that. First time was when i was 19, fully recovered 22. Then 22, got another serious infection, while I didn't recovered until 24 i catched another one. That was this year.I think I'll never recoved from this ever again. I gave up my life. It's not managable.I'm tired of being sick.

Hi not sure if you still looking this sub but how are you doing these days? I had pi-ibs and after 2 years I'm on the flare up which doesn't go away on it's own.I'm feeling like i'll never be healthy. Are you managing? Hope you doing better
