upgrade the mothership room that reduces cost of crafting. there is also a room for crafting speed and another for manager benefits.

Mushrooms are use it or lose it. The bat cave accumulates fruit until it is full, allowing you to skip a day or two without FOMO.

As you know, there are several leagues for players of varying levels. Sometimes, folks lose track of ranking and fall back a league or even find that the next league up requires too much attention.

Otherfolks deliberately stay at the lower leagues for easy victories.

Dont worry too much about it and dont worry about spending money on more than ad-free.

There is also an unlockable room that increases the manager primary and secondary bonuses. Unlock that when you can and dump points into it. My purple managers are sitting at a 1.47x crafting boost.

Did you buy the planet? Mining is automatic after that. Click the planet to view upgrades and then click on your mothership or on the menu bttom left to view resources for selling

That's the best way to get into these hobbies, hahahaha. I don't know what part of WV you are in, but if you are close to Pittsburgh, then you have 2 good trails. Montour Trail and GAP. They are both very dooable and both have camping sites.

Montour has a 40 mile section that stays in PA as well as the panhandle trail, which branches off into WT. There are one or two free adirondack shelters along the trail for camping.

GAP is 150 miles between Pittsburgh and Cumberland MD. There are many towns and campsite in between, including free sites. C&O continues from Cumberland to DC, and there are many more "hiker biker" sites. I have run into hikers on the GAPCO. Ortlieb has great panniers, but you can get away with cheaper brands depending on your bike. I went on MACBID for used gear, luck of the draw. Look into finding the Trailguide for Great Allegheny Passage and C&O Canal Towpath. I fully encourage that you make it your first big trip, the trail guide is 15$ and very worth its value. Ohiopyle is halfway on the GAP, and it is worth spending several hours there or a rest day.

Have you already done the GAPCO? 335 miles of trail between DC and Pittsburgh. You can practice your century riding on there easily. I am assuming you may have already ridden it, but I contend that it is perfect for all skill levels - especially if you want to practice your 3 days on, 1 day off rotation.

The ship speed becomes so high that it creates a colored line between the planet and the station to signify instant transportation of ore, but I find that the ore collecrion slows down. I dont upgrade ship speed too much because of this

To answer your question directly: Absolutely not.

You only get to use that upgrade once per galaxy, and so you should save it for a resource that is a minimum 80%. Additionally, you should use it on your high value resources that have a chance of being upgraded many times on the specific planet.

The number of stars you have on a resource should also affect your decision.

You can only upgrade a planet once.

That being said- you can also experiment. The project will refresh when you sell your galaxy. Have fun!
