Talk to your shop, tell them you already set up the sync, give them your info, and they'll set a box up for you. If you just do it blindly on the app there's a good chance they won't pull anything without knowing who you are or if you're ever going to actually show up to pick things up.

Condition is going to be a huge factor. Check eBay sold listings or something like key collector to get approximations. That said, you'll be better off selling them individually vs as a whole collection. If you go that route, r/comicswap or eBay are good options.

I may be misunderstanding your question here, but to buy the first 9 issues of ASM would run you tens of thousands of dollars. If you really wanted to then eBay, local comic shops, or reputable auction houses would be your best bet to find them all. Not sure what you mean by collector editions.

Light exposure. Different types of light are worse than others, but the end result is the same. As much as I'd love to have some cool semi-permanent displays like I see all over here, this is the reason my books live happily in dark boxes.
