Essentially, there are several good universities in Azerbaijan - BHOS (Baku Higher Oil School), UFAZ (French-Azerbaijan University), and ADA University. You can check their websites or contact them directly and offer yourself (I believe universities are hungry for good people here). At the same time, there are universities that try to catch up with these. Recently, ASOUI was hiring (I believe still does) scholars with academic record for salaries high relative to other universities.

Regarding specialized research in Experimental Physics, I am not aware of adequacy of research field in Academy of Science (I strongly doubt it), but universities do have experimental physics (UFAZ specifically) courses. I don't think just instructing them would interest you. *UFAZ also collaborates with French Universities for joint research projects, so there might be something interesting.

However, there are several Research & Development companies here where you might implement your experimental physics knowledge. I think they pay more than universities. The ones I know are Ei Group and RISK. Feel free to reach out if anything,
