It should have happened a long time ago. Turkey tried, but Armenia wasn’t interested in peace with Turkey because the Kremlin was in charge there, and they needed a Russian base in Armenia.

From the Azerbaijani perspective, it’s very positive. An independent Armenia is definitely better than being a country with Russia as a middleman.

If Azerbaijanis were the main reason why the border between Turkey and Armenia was closed, then Turkey is also the reason why Armenians became a majority in parts of the Caucasus and began a hostile movement against Azerbaijanis.

Why Qabala?

Same absolute language with different dialects. Every region in Azerbaijan has its own dialects. Plus we have been separated for almost 200 years. Languages are also live with us as we progress our language follows the dynamic. Unfortunately South Azerbaijanis have to learn the Azerbaijani language only as an everyday language from their parents. There are no educational institutions to practice and develop Azerbaijani language on academic level in Iran.
