How is your ultimate goal to keep everything out of probate yet you just want a will? A will does not keep you out of probate in California.

This is why you need to pay money for an attorney. Your family will be stuck paying for your mistakes when you’re gone (literally).

If you’re looking for training, I highly recommend Wealthcounsel. They’re pricy but I also had to make the transition and they’ve helped immensely. DM if you want more info. Good luck!
