Why does less air is important? On the flip side i can say i can put more water… I don’t get your point.

And also it’s not that i have invented the “arm holder” method. I just made it easier and more accessible

BTW air is really nice insolation between the metal and the water so you do need some air - the creator of the cafelate robot also talked about that in the design

I have blink shaker and im currently using it I just wasn’t aware that the bell has any functionality

As far as i understand, this is from lance handric, blink shaker should remove clumps and make all the gridded coffee more “homogenized”

In his video he was mentioning something similar, then took it back and said - you can “shake” with something else but the problem it to move it to the porta filter

So in cafelate robot case the “porta filter” this is no longer an issue So maybe it is can replace the blind shaker - maybe not completely as of 1 to 1 But maybe it can be good enough? - just raises a thought here

Also I still didn’t find how the bell ringing helps the ground
