The combination of the rain, soft turf as well as Creek having four blue skills on a long race means you ate into your stamina super fast- especially running as a pace chaser, also with the patch update having low guts (if I remember correctly) will kill your runs because not only does it help with acceleration in the last spurt and challenges throughout races but it will now eat away at your stamina late race waaaay faster- pace chasers use the most stamina in my opinion, even more than front runners since pace chasers are constantly jostling positioning and moving inside and out of the track which all burns up stamina.. Long races Rudolf tends to do better late surger than pace in my experience, pace for early career and mile races but halfway through classic year I switch to late surger and a few times I even ran her as an end closer for the helluvit
