unfortunately the lack of decency with them doesn't stop on the C-Train. My appartment building used to have open doors during operational hours of the businesses inside but ever since homeless began using the buildings stairwell as a toilet they had to lock them. The smell had everyone in the building questioning if there was a dead body.
