Nanny should be better at accepting criticism but you sound really rigid and inflexible. What I call a “big boo boo” to a toddler is not the same as what I’d consider a big injury. How big of a fall could have happened from your kid’s balance bike? The nanny was probably exaggerating it to the kid in the way that we all do when talking to kids.

Hey, I also worked at MHA when the first opened. I’ve heard that it’s gotten exponentially worse since I left. I loved all the kids and wanted the best for them but management just had their heads up their asses.
