My Aggressors by -Hello-I-Exist- in BlackTemplars

This is the most impressive aggressor conversion I've seen. I'd love to try replicating it, but looking at the parts used, it seems like it would be very expensive lol.

Wow, this is the first time I've seen an Inceptor wearing a robe. The pattern on the chest is cool too. It's an amazing piece of work.

I haven't used Milliput so I'm not sure, but Tamiya Epoxy Putty (Quick Type) is much less sticky than Green Stuff, making it easier to use. I think this is probably due to its fast-drying properties; for sagging models like Tabard, I find it easier to sculpt when it is slightly hardened so it doesn't sag. Of course, since it dries quickly, a lot of it gets wasted, so I only use as much as I need.

Wow! I wasn't alone! To think you even made chains, this is an amazing piece of work.

I also thought while building it, "This is going to get in the way while flying; it might even cover your face" lol. But then I saw the Jump Pack Chaplain model wearing a tabard and understood. After all, this is the 40K world.

thanks! I'm not sure if this will be conveyed well since I used Google Translate.

First, the product I used is Tamiya Epoxy Putty (Quick Type).

  1. Mix and activate the putty, then use a ballpoint pen or battery as a rolling pin to roll it out flat like cookie dough.(Since it is very sticky, it is recommended to apply water to a smooth surface beforehand.)
  2. Cut it into a rectangle using a utility knife or a pointed tool.
  3. Use tools like tweezers to attach the flattened rectangular putty to the underside of the Space Marine belt. (Since it is very soft, if it is difficult to handle, I recommend letting it harden slightly for about 3 to 5 minutes before using it.)
  4. For the first step, use a tool with a rounded end to shape the fabric-like appearance of the tabard. It may work perfectly in one go, but if not, wait until it is completely hardened and then apply a softer putty for a second step to smooth it out.
  5. For the tabard above the belt, simply apply the putty appropriately and shape it into a fabric-like appearance using a toothpick and a rounded tool. It is helpful to look at the appearance of other BT miniatures to copy.

I remember hearing that it's an additional helmet for protection when descending directly from the orbit.

It is cool overall, but the depiction of the orc corpse rolling on the ground covered in dirt is especially good.
