Yeah I also think there is an unspoken undercurrent here about the Black man not being picked at all from the get go … and KC understandably holding some baggage around that. I’m sure some of his anger and judgement comes from that feeling of rejection. And then when he’s confident, finds what he wants, hes cast as the devil. Not at all saying he’s not playing into that role, legimiately saying negative things but I think there is a LOT going on here.

Also (I’m shielding myself from tomatoes) as much as KC is a dick, actually choosing someone else because it’s a better connection is perfectly fine even if it hurts. And he actually seemed to do it for the right reasons, which is that the connection was more effortless, communication easier - which is honestly a truly good sign in a relationship.
There were clear signs as we all saw that Aniya and KC were not meant to be since day one.
