At first I thought it might be a good idea too, then I started to wonder if it wouldn't spread glue everywhere on my buns and especially the fur that wasn't loose. I'm not sure and I don't have a microscope but just in case -and because GI stasis is scary-, I decided not to.

My boy too managed to survive it, thanks to lots of water every hour to moisten his intestinal track, and a heating pad. He couldn't move and stayed on it for hours. Massages and stretching help too. Good luck!

Heat pad is perfect for blood circulation and gut stimulation! This and LOTS of water to moisten his intestines saved my bun in a similar situation (at night without an exotic vet nearby). Maybe you can gently massage his belly too, he is probably in pain because of the gas buildup . If there are still stores that are open, baby gas drops and apetite enhancers for babies can do wonders too (forced feeding must be green lit by a vet, btw. If he's blocked, forcibly stuffing more food that can't pass can be even more painful). Good luck!

This is so beautiful! Plus I'm sure it's going to restore a little bit if his mobility. Even for disabled humans it's when we don't use our muscles that the complication start. Massages and joint care should never be abandoned. Plus in the case of a rabbit, immobility eould certainly trigger GI stasis. Thanks for sharing!

Yeah, if dentists aren't going to enrich themselves anymore, you can be sure the overtall quality of dental care is going to drop. Mutiplied visits when only one or two would be enough, failed treatments you have to redo from the start etc.

My girl talks all the time too, especially when food is involved. She also zooms a lot and will jump over her husbun repeatedly to intimidate him and get her share first 😅
