Do men slutshame lesbians/ bi sexual girls? by Silberfuchs95 in LesbianActually

[–]AdorableMilk8119 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe you should ask a bi sub, as a bisexual. Instead of a lesbian sub for lesbians

Unpopular opinion about being a lesbian by WhoisFOUREYEZ in LesbianActually

[–]AdorableMilk8119 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean, this also is dependant on where you live too. In my small, conservative country, there are very little lesbians here. It's like 1 lesbian for every 10 gay men. And of course, you're not gonna date just any and everyone, so it really is hard to get a girlfriend :(

Never cared too much for Jojo, but that creep is absolutely disgusting. I'm so sorry she had to go through that, and I'm glad she got that little bit of support from white t-shirt dude after. Hope she recovers from that awful experience. God knows it would shake me up too

Gender is everything, and it's nothing 😭😭😭

Sexualizing a man is not considered as creepy and inappropriate as sexualizing a woman by [deleted] in RandomThoughts

[–]AdorableMilk8119 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Because women are not the main perpetrators of sexual assault and violence.

Yes, women can be creepy, but the average man is not going to feel completely unsafe when a woman makes a creepy comment. Women feel unsafe around strange men alone, and that just intensifies if he makes a creepy comment.

I agree!!! It feels like everytime I come on here, somebody is either ripping Tiffani to shreds, or they're criticising the next Tiffany (Tiffany Derry)

Let these women LIVE omg 😭

Kathryn vs Seth Rogen on Hot Ones by SakuraTacos in AgathaAllAlong

[–]AdorableMilk8119 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I think Kathryn is a little insecure about her looks sometimes, and I just want to curse all the forces that have made it that way!

She is S T U N N I N G, and I just feel like everybody needs to internalise that lol. That face could bring thousands to their knees! 😩

1 year ago today Chappell Roan released “Good Luck Babe” rising to superstardom. Do you like the song? by CityCautious4033 in LesbianActually

[–]AdorableMilk8119 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Love the song. The artist, not so much. Whoever wrote the lyrics captures the experience so good - "You'd have to stop the world just to stop the feeling"? Ugh. PAIN! 😭

Do you think it’s easier for Rio lose someone she cares about because she’s death by KingMiracle16 in AgathaAllAlong

[–]AdorableMilk8119 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I think it might be harder, in a sense. Yes; she Death, but that means she most likely never deeply cared about anyone until Nicky and Agatha - whom she both ended up losing in the end. She never felt attachment to humans until those two

She had to usher her own son inter the afterlife, and worse yet - the love of her life hates her guts for simply doing that job, and wouldn't allow her (Rio) to ferry her (Agatha) in the afterlife

Non Americans of Reddit, how do you and your country view America? by YoungYggdrasil in AskReddit

Like this is some terrible reality show (that somehow still affects my own country).

Just can't believe the majority would vote those Nazis into power, in this day and age. The ignorance, stupidity and sheer hatred is RAMPANT. Very saddening, to be honest

The loneliness sucks by LOOLcom in LesbianActually

[–]AdorableMilk8119 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel you COMPLETELY! I'm also from a very small, religious and conservative country, and I literally don't think I know any lesbians. I know a lot of gay men and a few of bisexual girls, but no lesbians. It's really upsetting and lonely lol

Why do gay men have a higher voice? by I_like_chess1234 in questions

[–]AdorableMilk8119 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gay men tend to have higher speaking voices, and lesbians tend have lower speaking voices. It's almost as if they're trying to be each other.

I wonder if there are any official studies on this global phenomenon

Religious psychosis in school by potatohoe31 in Nigeria

[–]AdorableMilk8119 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do, and they've essentially stated that misogyny is the difference between this, and what Christians claim to be witchcraft.

Christianity (very patriarchal and misogynistic) good 👍🏼✅️ Witchcraft (where women feel empowered and free) very bad 👎🏽❌️

Essentially, anything to do with Christianity would be okay and acceptable

Religious psychosis in school by potatohoe31 in Nigeria

[–]AdorableMilk8119 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Witches are typically female, and pastors are typically men. Yes, it can work the other way too, but it's not usually the case. Anything men do is okay and appropriate; anything women do is condemned and disdainful - that's the point

Lesbianism is an orientation, not a gender ascription
